When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
Online and phone purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy.
U.S. Return Policy and Exchange Policy
We gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.
For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to a We store. We merchandise cannot be returned to We Factory locations. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted at We stores or the distribution center. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon the return of an item, you will forfeit any rewards applied on that purchase.
